Brett fell in love with yoga shortly after her time as a college athlete at Xavier University. She completed the 300-hour Foundational World Peace Yoga teacher training and a 200-hour Power Yoga teacher training at Move Your Hyde Power Yoga. She is in the process of completing her 500-hour Advanced WPY teacher training. Brett has a degree in Montessori education.

Jill received her yoga certification in 2007 through It's Yoga in Cincinnati, 200 hour YTT. The program, while rigorous, has outfitted her with a substantial breadth of knowledge of anatomy, yoga philosophy, asana and originality that she incorporates in her classes.
