WHAT?

Our Junior Golf Performance Program includes:

  • Golf Performance & ALL Stretch classes

  • 3 weekly flexibility/mobility classes

  • Private TPI Assessment & Report at start and end of session ($270 value)

  • Individualized corrective exercise program based on assessment & goals

  • Members only online workout library w/ over 100 golf specific and regular workouts

WHO?

Golfers in 7-12 grades.

Two different programs:

Junior Golf Green - for those that are ready developmentally and physically to work harder, have demonstrated safe and effective movement patterns and that move well through the 4 rotational centers required in golf

Junior Golf Blue - for those who might be newer to working out, have a higher fitness handicap or have deficits in areas that make them susceptible to injury.

WHEN? 

Spring/Summer session April-October

Junior Golf Green-

  • ALL 13 weekly golf performance 

  • All stretch classes 

Junior Golf Blue - 

  • 4pm Mon/Wed

  • 11am Tues/Fri

  • All stretch classes

Fall/Winter session November-March

Junior Golf Green

  • 4pm Tues/Thur + all stretch 

Junior Golf Blue

  • 4pm Mon/Wed + all stretch
